This September, join Thrive Fitness Coaching for a long weekend in Cantabria, one of northern Spain's best-kept secrets. Green hills, wild beaches and authentic local life make this the perfect setting to slow down, move your body and properly switch off, without the crowds.
You'll be staying at Casa Agara, a beautiful private home hosted by Rob, where everything is taken care of from the moment you arrive. Think a mixture of relaxed days and gentle adventure, incredible food and evenings spent together around the table.
Each day begins with an optional workout on the lawn coached by Barrie, Sonja and Kim — the Thrive team — energising, accessible and designed to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.
Ten rooms are available on this trip, two of them ensuite (the rest share four bathrooms). A shared twin or double with shared facilities is £729pp; your own double is £929; a shared twin or double with ensuite is £929pp; your own ensuite double is £1,129. Sole-occupancy and ensuite supplements are £50 per night.
The plan, step by step

Thursday: morning flight into Santander, transfer to the house and a welcome lunch to settle in

Monday: a taste of Santander — the fish market, cathedral or modern art gallery and lunch in town — before the afternoon flight home
