The price bands

  • Low (7 Jan - 31 Mar): 3,600 euros per week. Fireside weeks, empty trails.
  • Mid (Apr - Jun and mid-Sep - 20 Dec): 4,500 euros. The organiser's sweet spot.
  • High (1 Jul - 14 Sep): 6,200 euros. Beach-perfect, book early.
  • Christmas and New Year: 6,500 euros, and the first to disappear every year.

All prices are for the entire estate, up to 24 guests, Sunday to Sunday, before VAT. Split by a full group, low season starts under 140 euros a head for the week.

What goes first

Festive weeks, then the deer-rut fortnight (late Sep - early Oct), then May-June walking prime. UK clubs planning around bank holidays should move six to nine months out.

Best value, honestly

Late September through October: mid pricing, autumn colour, the berrea, and the sea still warm enough for the brave. Check your dates before announcing to your group.
